What are your hours of operation?
Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM PT. We are closed on weekends and major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
How are Rare Beauty products formulated?
While “clean” beauty lacks a standard definition from the FDA, we choose not to label our brand as such. Rest assured, our products are carefully formulated, rigorously tested, and designed to meet global regulatory standards.
When do you restock inventory?
We are incredibly grateful for the support from our community and value your patience as we work hard to replenish stock. We understand the frustration of unavailable products, and our teams are dedicated to restocking as quickly as possible.
Orders and Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location: 3-5 business days for the contiguous U.S., 6-8 for Alaska and Hawaii, and up to 14 for international destinations. These are estimates; please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
Are there delays for Canadian orders?
Yes, Canadian orders may experience delays due to the ongoing Canada Post strike. We appreciate your understanding as we fulfill your order.
Can I ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping, which may take up to 8 business days for PO Boxes and longer for military addresses.

What is your return policy for U.S. orders?
If you’re not satisfied, return products within 30 days for a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable). Use our return portal to initiate the process.
