U.S. Shipping

Once placed, orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and pack. For the 48 contiguous states, delivery generally takes 3-5 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take 6-8 business days, while those to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands could take 12-14 business days. Orders to PO Boxes usually arrive in 6-8 business days. For APO, FPO, and U.S. Territories, allow up to 45 days. These are estimates and not guaranteed—refer to our Terms of Service for more details.

International Shipping

Canada Post Delays Canadian orders may face delays due to the ongoing Canada Post strike. We appreciate your understanding as we process your order.

International orders generally take 7-14 business days for processing and delivery. Processing and packing take 1-3 business days. For expedited or overnight options, orders placed before 12:00 PM PT (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day; those after or on weekends process the next business day. High-volume periods may cause delays.

Expedited Shipping Processing Times

For expedited or overnight shipping, orders placed before 12:00 PM PT (Monday-Friday) usually ship the same day. Those placed after or on weekends process the next business day. Delays may occur during peak periods.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

If you ship to a package forwarding company, Rare Beauty is not responsible for any damage, defects, or losses. We cannot provide replacements or refunds for items reported missing or damaged if delivered to such locations.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Note:

  • Deliveries to PO Boxes use Standard shipping only and may take up to 8 business days.
  • Pre-paid shipping labels are not provided for U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

U.S. Returns and Exchanges Policy

If unsatisfied, return products within 30 days of purchase for a refund (shipping fees non-refundable). Pre-paid labels are unavailable for U.S. Territories and APO/FPO.
